Johan is 8 months old today, so I decided to cook something special for him, which is the creamy brocolli salmon with Alce Nero Organic Tricolore Pasta in sport shapes (so cute)! Alce Nero Organic Tricolore Pasta

I had the opportunity to try out this 100% Italian Durum Wheat Organic Tricolore Pasta in sports shape by Alce Nero recently and last weekend was the perfect opportunity to cook this up for the kids and family. We are a fan pasta and this sport shaped ones are certainly a change from the normal types of pasta that we usually cook. It has interesting shapes of football, rugby ball, badminton racquets and more, and having it in multiple colours certainly makes the final dish look appetizing to us and the kids.

So, we put the pasta to the taste test with simple flavours to bring up more of the pasta’s natural taste and look without hitting it with heavy a sauce and prepared it ‘aglio e olio’ style, together with our favourite pink Salmon. The family really enjoyed this dish and the kids had fun picking and eating the pasta as well. You can tell that good quality wheat is used, as even eating it as it is without any sauce or oil, it has a very pleasant after taste.

When I received this pasta, my kids are so excited to try it because of the various cute pasta shapes and colour. Not only that, the pasta is made out of natural vegetables ingredients which there are no artificial colour added and it provides plenty nutritional values to my children. I cooked the pasta for about 10 minute to get the softer bite texture and serve with the tomato bolognese sauce and grill salmon. My son love this because the pasta come with sport shaped there were footballs, rugby balls, racquets, trophy and the running man. he was excited to eat the running man head. It’s easy, fast and delicious.

Fun and tasty mealtime

My boys were super excited to try the Alce Nero Organic Tricoloure Pasta Sports Shaped. There were footballs, rugby balls, racquets, trophy and the one that really made them so excited was the running man! They quickly asked me to make their favourite tomato pasta so that they could eat the man. I cooked the pasta for about 10 minutes because the boys prefer a softer pasta texture. The pasta tasted good by itself even without the tomato bolognese sauce. They were helping themselves to it before I could pour the sauce on it so I that shows that they really like it. Good pasta for kids

The pasta is cute and cooks well. It didn't break into pieces and the shapes were still intact even when I accidentally overcooked a batch. No mushy pasta here and my toddler loves it as the shapes make eating fun! A small handful makes a good portion so a little goes a long way with this pasta shapes.

Happy Malaysia Day! Holiday is a good time to cook at home and spend precious moment with family members. Today's theme is Alce Nero Organic Tricolore Pasta. I like it because it is made with organic wheat, natural vege colours and spring water from the Italian dolomites, which is extremely safe for children. I cooked a packed of pasta with a can of 295g carbonara mushroom paste, a big spoonful of condensed chicken mushroom soup paste, garlic, hotdog, ham, broccoli and tomato. Addition to this carbonara pasta is the mushroom soup with potato. This meal makes a great balanced diet for my whole family. My girls love it so much. The pasta has very nice taste and fragrant. It has soft texture and doesn't stick to teeth while eating, is a bit different from normal pasta. Easy to cook: boil water, cook and rinse. 8 minute for "al dante". If more will ruin the texture. Can eat without any dressing. My daughter love it. Organic and with sport shapes.

Tiffany love this pasta so much!! From alphabet to vehicles and now sports shapes!! Multiple choice to choose and never feel bored for her to request again and again from mummy. Super excited when seeing her 2packs pasta from the parcel we received few days back.

I love Alce Nero Tricolore Pasta because it's 100% Italian Durum Wheat, without preservatives and most importantly it's organic and healthier pasta for my little one. It doesn't take long for it to be cooked and even gives off bouncy texture and taste which allows me to easily prepare a delicious meal with any cooking method - both with pasta sauce or with soup. Alhamdulillah saya diberi peluang untuk mencuba Alce Nero Organic Tricolore Pasta. Selepas dapat pek percubaan ni,saya terus cuba menu menggunakan pasta,wow anak-anak suka. Ditambah dengan bentuk 'sport shapes', anak-anak makan sambil bercerita. Pasta yang mudah dimasak, sesuai dijadikan pelbagai menu seperti di goreng, masak bersama krim, sos pasta atau sebagai sup. Pek percubaan dah habis, saya perlu mencari di kedai sebagai stok dalam almari dapur.
