Sugar, corn starch, dextrose monohydrate, carrageenan, carob bean gum, sodium citrate, turmeric, salt, flavor, soy lecithin.

What you need

Crème brulee powder 90g
Whipping cream 1500ml

Direction:

Blend 90g of crème brulee powder with 1500ml whipping cream, stir well.
Bring to boil, stir constantly, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir occasionally.
Pour into moulds and chill in refrigerator (5’c) for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle some brown sugar on top and brown with a blow torch.
